CONSTITUTION IN LEGAL POLITICAL PERSPECTIVE

In this study there are 2 (two) problems studied. First, what is the form or of legal politics in 1945 Constitution. Second, nature This research uses normative research. The results obtained: constitution as a means order to achieve goals state, namely interests nation and basic law comes from values character nation, taking into account system adopted. Constitution not rigid permanent, but open, that is, it can adapt situation conditions its era, either through method interpretation change.
